Revision Policy
Changes depend on which package is chosen. As long as the design and concept are maintained, clients can come to us for limitless free revisions, and we will update their design without charging them more. The turnaround time for revisions will be 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Under all circumstances, any deposited funds are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been delivered and subsequently approved, or if a change is requested. The only exception is if augmentus-solution.com cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason not attributable to your breach or failure to execute your responsibilities.
All refund requests will be processed according to the following structure:
Approval or Change Request: If you approve the initial concepts or request changes to them, you forfeit your right to a refund, and any subsequent refund request will not be considered.
Revision Phase: Once the project enters the revision phase, the refund offer becomes void, and refund requests will not be entertained.
Refund Eligibility Based on Timing:
Before Initial Design Delivery: A full refund is available (minus a 10% administration and processing fee).
Within 48 Hours of Delivery: You are eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% administration and processing fee).
48-96 Hours After Delivery: You are eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
After 96 Hours of Delivery: No refund requests will be accepted. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and encourage you to contact us so we can resolve any concerns.
After Final Delivery: No refund will be provided after the final project files have been delivered.
Policy on Client Inactivity:
No refund request will be honored if the customer is inactive for 7 working days. Restarting an inactive order may incur a fee, dependent on the project’s specifics.
No refund request will be honored if the customer becomes unresponsive at any point for 5 working days.
General Refund Terms:
All refund requests must be submitted to the support department.
augmentus-solution.com reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request on a case-by-case basis.
For Website bundles, no refund will be provided once the initial design mock-up has been revised or inner pages have been developed with the client’s approval.
For augmentus-solution.com bundles, refunds will be applied on the same terms as single packages. For example, if you order a logo and web design and approve the logo, you are only eligible for a refund on the website service portion at the time of its initial design delivery.
Refund Request Justification:
A refund request must be based on a valid reason that can be evaluated against the project brief and the client’s own revision input. If a design has been created according to the provided brief, a refund will not be granted. In such cases, instead of a refund, we will provide further revisions until you are satisfied.
Mutual Non-Disparagement Agreement:
Both parties (augmentus-solution.com and the Client) mutually agree not to publicly attack, criticize, or defame each other, or any of their employees, associates, or partners on any platform (including public forums, blogs, or social networks) during or after the contract period. Any breach of this agreement will require the breaching party to pay reasonable compensation as damages, to be determined by the non-breaching party.
Good Faith and Unique Design Guarantee
Our Money-Back Guarantee is contingent on requests made in good faith. If a client places the same design order with multiple agencies with the intent of claiming a refund, this is not considered good faith, and we reserve the right to decline the refund.
All design projects require active client input and feedback throughout the process to achieve the desired results.
Our 100% Unique Design Guarantee entitles you to a new logo if the design we create is found to be substantially similar to a pre-existing design. However, any incidental resemblance to an existing design is not our responsibility, and augmentus-solution.com will not accept any liability or claim for compensation. It is the client’s sole responsibility to copyright their final artwork.
How To Claim Your Refund
To ensure your refund request is processed effectively and approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements.

We will first attempt to resolve your query in line with our revision policy. If a resolution is not possible, our refund department will email you a refund approval.
Important Conditions After a Refund:
Once a refund is processed, the rights to your design are transferred to Augmentus-Solution.com. You are then legally prohibited from using or displaying any version of the design provided by the company.
1. Relinquishment of Rights:** You agree that upon refund, you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any concepts, work products, or other media, and you will have no ownership interest in them.
2. Copyright Collaboration:** In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, Augmentus-Solution.com may share Copyright Acquisition data for refunded designs. This action restricts the future reuse of these designs as original works.
